1. Who you are buying from

You are buying from Rhiannon Piper Conservation Ltd, company number 17238418, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ, VAT number GB 524 4197 93. For anything to do with an order, email sale@rhiannonpiper.com.

2. Prices and orders

Prices include VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Your order is accepted when we email to confirm it. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or the price shown was clearly a mistake, we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Delivery

We post orders with Royal Mail, to the UK and to any country Royal Mail delivers to. The delivery options and charges are shown at checkout, and delivery times are those of the Royal Mail service you choose. We post your order as soon as we can, and in any case within 30 days unless we agree otherwise. Prints are packed flat in glassine and card. The item is our responsibility until it reaches you.

Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import taxes, duties or a handling fee on arrival. These are set by the destination country and paid by the person receiving the order.

4. Changing your mind

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day after you receive it. Email us to say so, or use the cancellation form below. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back, and you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked and insured service, and please keep your proof of postage. Please pack the item with care, in its original glassine if you still have it.

We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back or of your showing us proof of postage, whichever is sooner, using the method you paid with. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the cost of our standard delivery only. If the item has been handled more than you would handle it in a shop, for example a print that has been framed or paint that has been used, we may reduce the refund to reflect its lower value.

5. Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not as described, please email us with a photograph as soon as you can. Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery. After that we will repair or replace it, or give you a refund if that is not possible. We pay the cost of returning a faulty item. These rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and are not affected by anything on this page.

6. Commissioned artworks

A commission is made to your specification, so the 14-day right to change your mind does not apply once it is agreed. Before sending a physical commission we email you a photograph of the finished piece so that small adjustments can be made. If you cancel after work has started, we keep the part of your payment that covers work already done and materials already bought, and refund the rest.

7. Digital items

If you agree at checkout to download a digital item straight away and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel, you cannot cancel once the download begins. If a digital item is faulty, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
